Does it require cell signal at the venue?+
Yes — guests need basic cellular or Wi-Fi to upload. Most Utah venues are well-covered. If signal is unreliable, uploads queue and finish automatically once a guest steps outside or hits Wi-Fi.
Are there limits on photos or videos?+
Unlimited photos. Videos are capped at 60 seconds each per upload — perfect for toasts, dance moments, and well-wishes.
When do I receive the AI highlight reel?+
Within 5–7 business days after your event. You'll get a download link for the highlight reel plus access to the full Google Drive folder.
When does the USB arrive?+
Within 10–14 days after your event. We copy every photo and video onto a USB drive and ship it to your home address.
How many table tent cards do I get and what size?+

Who can see the photos? Is it private?+
