Mirror Air is our premium booth — a larger full-length mirror screen for a big prom. Email us and we'll quote the upgrade. QR photo & video sharing can be added at the public $399 flat rate; it is not part of the $499.
Included with every school booking
$499 covers 3 hours. Travel: the first hour of drive time from St. George is free, which covers St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins and most of Washington County. Beyond that it's $100 per additional hour of travel — Cedar City and Parowan schools, ask us and we'll quote it straight.
Dances and campus events we cover
Prom
The big one. Custom template with your theme, unlimited prints so every couple leaves with a photo, and a line our attendant keeps moving.
Homecoming
Earlier in the year, usually a shorter window. Three hours covers most homecoming dances end to end.
Sadie Hawkins
Casual and high-energy. Props and a fast print turnaround fit the vibe better than a formal backdrop.
Winter formal
Indoor gyms are dark in January. Studio lighting is the difference between a keepsake and a blurry phone photo.
Graduation night
Senior parties, grad night lock-ins and post-ceremony celebrations across Washington and Iron County.
College mixers & welcome week
Utah Tech and SUU student life events, Greek mixers, orientation weeks and residence hall socials.
Built for Southern Utah schools
We are based in St. George and we work Southern Utah only — we are not driving down from Salt Lake and adding it to your invoice. That means we know the drive to Enterprise, we know what a Cedar City January gym looks like at 8pm, and we can be on site early without charging you for it.
Washington County schools we serve include Dixie High School, Pine View High School, Snow Canyon High School, Desert Hills High School, Crimson Cliffs High School, Hurricane High School, Enterprise High School and Dixie Technical College. In Iron County we serve Cedar High School, Canyon View High School and Parowan High School. On the college side we work with student life and campus programming teams at Utah Tech University in St. George and Southern Utah University in Cedar City.
Not on the list? If your school is anywhere in Washington, Iron, Kane or Garfield County, ask anyway. We would rather tell you yes or give you a straight no than have you find out in March.
Straight answers to what advisors actually ask
Our budget is tight.
Our school special is $499 for 3 hours with the Beauty Mirror — that covers the whole dance window and includes unlimited prints, so there is no per-photo cost creeping up on you. We will also work with a purchase order or split billing between student council and the activities office.
We don't have room in the gym.
The booth footprint is roughly 8×8 feet including the backdrop, and we can tuck it along a wall or in a commons area outside the gym so it never eats dance floor. We have set up in gyms, auxiliary gyms, commons, cafeterias and hotel ballrooms across Washington and Iron County.
Will this create another thing for chaperones to manage?
No. Our attendant stays with the booth the entire event, runs the line, hands out prints and keeps the props appropriate. Chaperones can watch the dance instead of babysitting a vendor.
Can't students just use their phones?
They will anyway — but a phone photo in a dark gym is grainy, and nobody prints it. A DSLR with studio lighting gives every student a physical 4×6 they take home that night, plus a clean digital gallery your yearbook staff can actually use.
We were quoted a cheaper iPad booth.
An iPad booth is a tablet on a stand with no real camera and no real lighting. In a dim gym it produces dark, soft photos and the print quality shows it. We do not sell tablet booths for that reason. If price is the deciding factor, tell us your number and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
What about a 360 booth?
We do not offer 360 as a product. They move slowly, only serve a couple of students at a time, and need a large clear circle in the middle of your floor. For a 300–800 student dance, a print booth serves far more kids per hour.
How booking works with a school

Send the date. Use the form on this page or email hello@redrockphotobooths.com. We check the calendar and tell you the same day whether it's open.

We hold it. A soft hold gives your committee time to get approval without losing the date to another school.

You get a written quote. Flat pricing, itemized travel, nothing hidden. Send it to your advisor or business office; we can work with a purchase order.

We design your template. Your school name, dance theme and date, sent to you for approval before the event.

Dance night. We arrive early, set up in about 60 minutes, run the booth with an attendant the whole time, and break down after the last song.
