    Terms of Service

    By using the RedRock Photo Booths website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

    1. Service Agreement

    All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. A signed service agreement (contract) is required for all events. The contract outlines the specific terms of service for your event including date, time, location, package, and pricing.

    2. Setup Requirements

    The Client is responsible for providing:

    • A flat, covered area of approximately 8×8 feet for the photo booth
    • Access to a standard 110V electrical outlet within 25 feet of the booth location
    • Indoor placement is strongly preferred; if outdoor, a covered and sheltered area must be provided
    • Clear access for equipment load-in and load-out

    Failure to provide these requirements may result in the Company being unable to perform services. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

    3. Arrival & Timing

    The Company will arrive up to two (2) hours prior to the event start time for equipment setup. The Company will depart promptly at the conclusion of the contracted rental period. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

    4. Payment Terms

    A non-refundable deposit of $199 is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the event date. All payments are processed securely through our online payment system. Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

    5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • 30+ days before event: Full refund of all payments (deposit is non-refundable)
    • Less than 30 days before event: No refund will be issued

    6. Liability

    RedRock Photo Booths carries liability insurance for its equipment. The Company is not responsible for:

    • Damage to the venue or third-party property caused by event guests
    • Injuries resulting from misuse of photo booth equipment by guests
    • Service interruptions caused by power outages, venue issues, or acts of God

    The Client assumes responsibility for any damage to Company equipment caused by event guests or venue conditions beyond normal wear and tear.

    7. Image Usage

    The Company retains the right to use photos and videos taken at the event for marketing and promotional purposes unless the Client notifies the Company in writing prior to the event.

    8. Governing Law

    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
